We follow a stringent recruitment procedure to meet timely your manpower requirements of quality and quantity.

 

Step 1. In dept analysis, assessment of client’s needs: SONA considers this step among most important steps to determine our eventual performance. We will study, analyze and assess carefully client’s requirements and recruitment procedure for qualification, experience, foreign language, degree and certificate…Besides, SONA also investigates for working environment, working conditions, custom and practice of host country to counsel for our candidates.

Step 2. Search candidate: With many years of experience in recruitment service, and being competent in Vietnam labour market, SONA’s Recruitment Teams from 5 Recruitment Departments will carry out to search/hunt candidate through various channels. Firstly, they will scan our extensive talent database besides searching other source through nationwide network of Employment Service Centres belongs to Departments of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs or advertising tools in mass media.

SONA’s Recruitment Team will short-list potential candidates and screen them through preliminary interview and test to discover their qualification, skills, level of competent, experience, employment record which meets client’s requirements. The Recruitment Team is striving to present to clients the list of right candidates within 15 days since receiving client’s demand letter.

Step 3. Selection: Within 3-days from presenting the list of candidates to clients, SONA can call gather number of candidates (average of 1.5 to 3 times of demanded numbers). We will provide best preparation of facilitites, materials, trainer to join with client’s representative to carry out the selection in short period with high results.
Besides, SONA has a competent trainer team who can carry out selection under the authorization and standard of client. In fact, many our clients trusted us and authorized the selection to us under their testing procedure and standard. We will take responsibility for the quality of our self –tested candidates.

Step 4. Send result of selection to client: After 2-3 days of selection, SONA’s Recruitment Team will send the result of tested candidates to client by email or airmail. For selection conducted by us, we will send supporting documents such as video clip, photos, evaluating report from third party if client requires.

Step 5. Complete documents: After receiving list of selected candidates from client, SONA will speed up and support selected candidates to complete their documents such as: passport, medical report, criminal records….in order to send to client for visa application at shortest periods. SONA’s Document Team will report frequently the progress of document completion so that clients will control their mobilization progress. Our documents processing periods is normally within 15 days.

Step. 6: Departure preparation: Once receiving invitation letter, letter of eligibility, visa, calling visa or block visa…SONA will apply for entry visa (if required) at Embassy of receiving country. Visa application period is normally within 5 working days (except special case). SONA will hold a pre-departure orientation course over laws, custom and practices of receiving country) as well as Employer’s working regulation and safety rules (if required). For selected candidates who need to be upgraded or additional training for their skill under new working standard, SONA's training team will provide additional skill course for the candidate.
SONA will notify travelling schedule to Employer at least 2 working days in advance and arrange departure flight as approved travelling schedule.
